Over the past few years, I have noticed amazing technological developments in the worlds of VMS, Excess & analytics systems. With all the advancements in technology, there has been a focus on those companies that have entered the worlds of AI and Deep Learning. Many high-profile customers have recognized the potential of these technologies and purchased systems with large budgets. Several factors led them (end-user companies) switching to these technologies, such as the workforce crisis, Covid virus, desire to improve processes and capabilities, security and operation costs, and regulations that have gradually evolved.
Having recognized and experienced these changes and increasing difficulties firsthand, I searched for a precise solution that combined advanced technology with human resources that are indispensable (service, discretion, priorities, problem solving, etc.). As a result, the idea was born to establish a modular facility that is proficient at providing technologies, implementing them, as well as providing external control room services.
My experience with control rooms, including being a partner in some of them, led me to seek out something different, more comprehensive, and of higher quality. Specifically, I sought to design and create an environment defined by layers of quality, service-oriented, professional, and stable personnel, strong and diverse technological infrastructures, learning technologies tailored to the client's needs, and an additional layer of professional knowledge derived from civilian , military, and government platforms.
It has been my experience that many service companies that have grown have lost quality as a result of their size and difficulty in managing them. Therefore, I decided in advance to design a company that would operate on the basis of small teams. Each team is limited in the scope of their activities and yet has an impressive range of capabilities, thereby maintaining a high level of customer service, quality, and timely response.
Trust and confidence must be established between my clients and the company, so I commit to a level of transparency that treats every project with the same level of care that I would apply to my own. I will provide regular progress reports and ensure that my clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions. I will also be open to feedback and willing to adjust my approach if needed. I strive to be a reliable partner and to provide the highest quality service.
